Committee Functions
Discipline and Appeals
- Ensure staff discipline in the County Public Service as outlined in the Code of Conduct and Ethics;
- Sensitize the Chief Officers and Human Resource Officers on disciplinary procedures;
- Handle all HR related appeals in the County Public Service.
Ethics & Governance

Ensure compliance with National Values and principles of Governance as per article 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010;

Sensitize the County Public Service and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and Ethics;

Coordinate the administration of Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities (DIAL’s) in the County Public Service.
Compliance Audits
-
Monitor compliance with all Board policies;

Ensure compliance with ISO Certification;

Coordinate Governance audits at the Board;
-
Develop and submit quarterly reports to the Board.
