Committee Functions
Functions of the committee are to:
- Implement job evaluation reports;
- Implement schemes of service;
- Advise/Coordinate sensitization of Human Resource Officers in the County Public Service on Performance Management;
- Advise the County Public Service on Performance Contracting and support its county wide implementation;
- Support the sensitization of County Public Service on performance management (purpose, benefits etc.);
- Develop tools and support the rolling out of performance appraisal in the County Public Service;
- Receive and keep performance appraisal reports of the County Public Service for safe custody;
- Ensure utilization of performance appraisal forms to inform trainings, promotions, rewards and sanctions;
- Develop and submit quarterly reports to the Board.
