 As part of its commitment to promote inclusivity and ensuring equitable access to information, the Board translated its Citizen Service Delivery Charter into Braille for use by visually impaired stakeholders. The Braille version of the Charter can be accessed at the Board's office premises, located at Kilifi Plaza Building (Second Floor), during working hours.
