Mrs. Mary Nguya Nyale – Board Member

Mrs. Mary Nguya Nyale serves as a Member of Kilifi County Public Service Board. She is an accomplished education leader and public servant with extensive experience in Early Childhood Development, Special Needs Education, quality assurance, and public sector management. Prior to her current appointment, Mrs. Mary Nguya Nyale served as the Assistant Director for Early Childhood Development in the County Government of Kilifi, where she provided leadership in policy implementation, strategic planning, and inclusive education programming. Over the years, she has successfully spearheaded impactful education and community empowerment initiatives in partnership with organizations such as UNICEF, Aga Khan Foundation, and FinChurch Aid. Her expertise spans institutional governance, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and the development of programs that improve learning outcomes and support vulnerable populations, particularly children with disabilities. Mrs. Mary Nguya Nyale holds a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies from Kenya Methodist University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum Studies at Pwani University. She brings to the Board a wealth of leadership experience, professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to efficient public service delivery and transformative governance.
